Our Leadership

Katrina Paddon

Managing Partner

My superpower is connecting the dots and as a strategic advisor, I've influenced over $3B in technology expenditure spanning all project lifecycle stages. I founded Gemini Strategy & Governance in 2019, and in 2022, I expanded my professional services portfolio to include Angel investing and am now the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of a social venture called West Coast Angel Network (WeCAN)

I have worked extensively as a senior management consultant, as well as having been an in-house resource, so I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities on both sides of the fence. Having worked client-side for large corporate and government clients on high complexity, risk and value projects for nearly 20 years, I am very well versed in the complexities they face, as well as the challenges most startups and SME businesses face when trying to secure large clients.

I love working within the tech industry and the startup ecosystem as the energy, intelligence and innovation constantly inspires me to learn and think strategically, creatively and ambitiously. In this capacity, I have worked across most industries and sectors, have deep knowledge of government processes and policies, and have worked with teams across most major geographic locations. My credentials include BAs in Political Science and English Literature, an MBA with a focus on Strategic Procurement, and certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
